In May 2018, I officially signed the school leaving agreement and started renting a house.
From the second day of renting the house to January 2, 2020, in about a year and a half, I completed the first 365 days of different breakfasts!
There is a small square table in the rented house. I bought a tablecloth online specifically for this small square table. When I was having breakfast the next day, I accidentally took a photo. I thought it looked very nice. I thought it would be good every day anyway.
We all have to eat breakfast, so why not make our own breakfast every day and take pictures every day?
In fact, I was a complete kitchen novice in the beginning.
When I was in school, I ate in the cafeteria. When I got home, my family would cook the food, and occasionally I would cook some home-cooked dishes.
After graduation, I had to prepare three meals a day by myself, so I took advantage of breakfast to start searching for cooking recipes online.
I clearly remember that I copied nearly an entire book of recipes, ranging from fish with pickled vegetables and braised pork to wonton stuffing and cold dishes, all of which I learned from recipes found online.
