1. Soak the kidney beans in advance and then cook them, which saves time. Grind the kidney beans into sand to remove impurities and bean skin, making the kidney bean rolls more delicate.
2. Spread the cooked noodles on the chopping board, and roll the bean paste into thin slices with a rolling pin. Take a damp cloth and place it on the chopping board, spread the kidney bean paste on it and smooth it out. Then put the bean paste slices on top of the kidney bean paste.

4. Finally, cut the kidney bean rolls into small pieces with a knife.
