Bengbu specialty 1: Duguangxing dried salted duck

Bengbu specialty 2: Bengbu Guifei apricot

According to legend, Emperor Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River to look for Ying area through Maotang, but when he saw the white lotus in full bloom in the endless rice fields here, he asked an old man to know that this place was "White Lotus Slope", which was rich in high-quality rice, full of color, flavor and taste, and could pick three layers of skin after cooking. Cook porridge, it tastes good. It won people's hearts and was named "Bailianpo Gong Mi" as the royal rice for tribute to the palace.
