Meitu Xiu Xiu can't put video and pictures together, because Meitu Xiu Xiu is a picture software, so it can't open the video software.

You can use a quick clip operation instead.

1, the computer opens the quick clip software, and in the upper right corner of the homepage, click New Video.

2. Click on the professional mode and click on the local video.

3. Then click Edit.

4. In the pop-up dialog box, click the map. You can choose the pictures provided by the system. If you want to use your own picture, you can click the plus sign in the upper right corner of the picture. In the pop-up box, find the picture you want to insert, select it, and click Open.

5. The pictures in the video can be moved after clicking. Then at the bottom of the video, you can stretch the horizontal bar, choose the time and duration of the picture, adjust it until you are satisfied, and then click Finish.

6. Click Save and Export.

7. Click Start Export, click Next, and then wait for the video conversion to complete.
