What has the epidemic changed your attitude towards life?

Since 22, the epidemic sweeping the world has deeply affected everyone in our time. What we thought was impossible happened, and each of us was forced to wear a mask, and the distance between us was also forced to widen. Many of the forms and plans that I have arranged have been broken by various unexpected events. At this point, everyone's attitude towards life has changed more or less. Let's talk about some changes in combination with my own situation.

first, I know how to save more.

This is probably the deepest feeling of every adult who has experienced the epidemic. All the quiet years have suddenly been broken. Before, I was thinking about poetry coming from afar, but I turned my head and worried about the daily necessities in front of me. There is no absolutely safe place and no absolutely stable job. If you want to cope with the change, you can only change yourself and save more things. The savings here are not only about money. But also some necessities of life, such as food and vegetables. This is a practical lesson that the living quarters were suddenly controlled by the wind several times.

second, I am better at being alone.

I am a homebody, but I still attend necessary family walks and colleagues' parties. Now, if you want to go out for a party, you should think about it. For example, I used to run back and forth once a week because I lived in two places and my work and home were not in the same place. Since the outbreak, I have been able to go home three times in a few months because of the epidemic control. Since there is less time to get together and go home, there is more time to stay at home, and one has to face more lonely time. So I took out the books I haven't read for a long time and looked through them. When I have nothing to do, I also think about my daily gains and losses, and I also learned indoor aerobics. A person can exercise at home without going out. This environment really makes me more calm and love my family.

Third, I can adapt to the pressure and adjust myself.

The epidemic has the greatest impact on ordinary people. Due to the epidemic, there are more and more layoffs and salary reductions in the surrounding industries. Every time I see such news, I feel a feeling of rabbit dying. Fortunately, our enterprise is fine, but the original fixed salary has changed into effective salary, and the income has dropped, but how to say that the job is temporarily saved. After several ups and downs in my work, I can adapt to the changes in the environment and bear the pressure better. Even the boss says that I have changed a lot, and I am more wise and mature.

fourth, many things have been learned to do by yourself.

I didn't know how to do many things before. I thought that as long as I did my job well, others could help you with everything if I had money. After the epidemic, I found myself naive, and I still had to rely on myself for some things, such as cooking. There was a time when I was in control at home, and all takeout stopped. Every morning, I got up and grabbed food from various apps, and then I looked at the robbed food in a daze. I had to do it myself, no matter whether it was delicious or not, I could eat anything when I was hungry. This independent hands-on ability has not been learned in previous decades!

5. Don't design your plan too long-term, but also focus on the people in front of you. Before, I set myself a goal of three or five years' life planning and development blueprint. Now I suddenly find that the world is really changing too fast, too many unexpected things, and my ideas will be easily broken by reality. I used to think that I could completely control everything, but now I find myself in the torrent of society with a grain of sand, but it's not as good as being really blown away by the wind at any time. Since I don't know which comes first, tomorrow or the accident, I'd better cherish the present time and be kind to my family and friends when I have the ability and time. Tell yourself that you have been to this world, struggled, cherished, owned and lost. Life is not perfect, but it has been experienced and satisfied.
