Ingredients: 8 cooked bananas, 100g rice flour, 60g universal powder, 0.5 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 3/4 to 1 cup water, a little turmeric powder and frying oil.
Steps:
1) Peel the ripe bananas and cut them in half.
2) Prepare batter: put flour, salt, sugar, turmeric powder and water into a bowl and stir.
3) Heat the oil in the pot on medium heat.
4) Coat banana with batter and fry until golden brown.

Ingredients: 3 cooked bananas (mashed), 1 cup full-effect flour, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cups of butter (room temperature), 3/4 cups of sugar, 2 cups of eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 60.
Steps:
1) Spray the cooking spray on the muffin tin or paper liner.
2) In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
3) In another bowl, stir the butter and sugar with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. Whisk the eggs, vanilla and banana puree until smooth.
4) Gradually add the flour mixture.
5) Separate the dough with a muffin baking tray.
6) Coat each dough with nut paste.
7) Bake the undercooked muffin at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
