Practice steps:
1. Clean all shallots, ginger and garlic, and then cut them into powder for later use;
2. The pork is cleaned and processed into minced meat for later use;
3. Heat the pan, add a proper amount of cooking oil, stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color, then add chopped onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until the minced meat is colored, add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry until the minced meat is colored, add 3 spoonfuls of sweet noodle sauce, and continue to stir evenly. Stir-fried meat sauce can be stored in a clean and waterless container or in a fresh-keeping box.
4. Boil the water in the pot, add a little salt, add the noodles, point out the water once or twice after boiling, take the noodles out of the cold water after boiling again, control the moisture and drop a little sesame oil and shake well;
5. Shred cucumber, cut parsley into sections, take appropriate amount of noodles, add meat sauce, parsley and shredded cucumber and mix well to serve.
