03- Long-term cooperation
This is a long-term cooperative relationship.
The initial term of the franchise agreement is at least ten years. Future franchisees must voluntarily engage in KFC franchise for more than ten years.
04- Investment Fund Requirements
The initial investment of each franchisee is different.
The new franchisee will be authorized to operate a KFC restaurant in operation, and the purchase cost of each restaurant will be at least about 8 million yuan (including all decoration, equipment, profit, lease and employee transfer of the restaurant, but excluding the purchase of real estate).
Franchisees can arrange financing by themselves. However, the proportion of self-owned funds invested by our franchisees in this project is not less than 70%.
The following fees are the same for all franchisees.
