3. Heat the pan with cold oil, pour half of the minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Pour the fried minced garlic into a bowl, pour in the other half of the minced garlic, add 1 spoon of light soy sauce and 1 spoon of oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, stir evenly.

4. Put the lotus root, carrots and cucumbers on a plate, then pour in the minced garlic and stir evenly.

9. Fish cubes stewed with tofu

Ingredients: yellow snapper, tofu, white radish, angelica root, wolfberry, ginger, green onion, salt

Method: 1 , peel and cut the white radish into thin slices, cut the tofu into small pieces, slice the ginger, remove the scales and internal organs of the yellow snapper, clean it, and score twice on both sides of the yellow snapper.

2. Cook the white radish thoroughly first. After the water boils, add the white radish and cook until it changes color. Take it out and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices, add yellow snapper, fry until both sides are golden brown, add cold water to cover the yellow snapper, add 1 piece of angelica root, and bring to a boil over high heat.

4. Pour the white radish and tofu into the pot, add the green onions, and stew into a thick soup. Before serving, add wolfberry, add salt to taste, and simmer for another 1 minute before serving.

10. Seafood Fried Vermicelli

Ingredients: rice noodles, shrimps, pork belly, bean sprouts, green vegetables, meatballs, green onions, ginger, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence

Method: 1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water until soft, remove and clean the shrimps, cut the pork belly into long strips, and cut the meatballs into small pieces.

2. Pour oil into the pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add shrimps and meatballs, stir-fry evenly and set aside.

3. Heat oil in another pot, pour in pork belly and stir-fry out lard, pour in rice noodles, pour in shrimps and meatballs, add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly.
