The following is how to make yogurt using milk and fermented rice: Ingredients: 300 grams of fresh milk, 1.5 tablespoons of fermented fermented rice, 15 grams of rock sugar, and 5 grams of almond slices.
Preparation method 1. Put fresh milk into a pot and bring to a boil, add rock sugar and dissolve.
2. Filter with double layers of white gauze and place in a cool place.
3. Slowly pour the fermented rice juice into the cooled fresh milk, stir evenly while pouring, then divide it into small bowls, seal the mouth of the bowl with aluminum foil, put it into the pot, cover it with water and steam for 15~
20 minutes.
4. Leave the steamed fresh milk in place until it cools down and solidifies. Place some almond slices on top and then move it to the refrigerator to refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
Note: When steaming, steam over low heat. The steam should not be too large, otherwise it will not be smooth enough.
