Main ingredients: 2 handfuls of vermicelli, 3 cabbage leaves, minced meat
Ingredients: Pixian chili sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onion, salt, Light soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil
Method
1. Cut the cabbage into shreds. Slice green onions. Chop the garlic into mince.
2. After the oil is hot, sauté the chopped green onion until fragrant, add minced meat and break it up. When it starts to change color, add light soy sauce, a spoonful of Pixian chili sauce and a little sugar, stir well.
3. Pour in the shredded cabbage, add less or no salt, stir-fry a few times, add water to be even with the cabbage, and add the vermicelli.
4. After boiling over high heat, cook for another 5 minutes to reduce the juice. Sprinkle with minced garlic and stir-fry a few times before serving.
Tips
If the vermicelli is cooked for too long, it will break or break, so you need to time it well and turn off the heat when it is cooked.
