1. Apple juice: one apple, two celery sticks, one teaspoon of lemon juice, and a little red wine. Peel the apples, cut the heart into small pieces, cut the celery into sections, blend in a juicer, and filter to extract the juice. Add ice, lemon juice and wine into a wine glass.
2. Grape juice: 150g grapes, four teaspoons of sugar, appropriate amount of crushed ice, 12 oz of boiling water. Put the sugar and water into a pot and bring to a boil, simmer over low heat for ten minutes, then put it in a glass and add ice.
3. Banana juice: one banana, one tablespoon of sugar, half a cup of milk (four ounces), and an appropriate amount of crushed ice. Stir and pour into a glass with ice.
4. Grapefruit juice: half a grapefruit, a tablespoon of sugar and an appropriate amount of crushed ice. After beating, add sugar, mix well and add ice into the cup.
5. Strawberry juice: half cup of strawberry (about 110g), one tablespoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and half cup of crushed ice. Stir into cup.
