Going to Phuket, Thailand for the first time and asking for tips

Arrived on the first day

Phuket

, checked into the hotel (it is recommended that you stay at Karon Beach), and spent the rest of the time visiting Karon Beach.

The next morning and afternoon, we went to Phang Nga Bay for a day trip, and returned to Karon Beach in the evening to watch the sunset.

Take a boat to Phi Phi Island early in the morning on the third day. It is recommended to stay in Tonsai Bay. After checking in at the hotel, book a day trip to Phi Phi Island tomorrow. Go to Rodaramu Beach in the afternoon and go there in the evening. Watch the sunset at Phi Phi Island VIEW POINT (Tongsai Bay, Rodaramu Bay and the viewing platform are actually not far apart, it only takes 15 minutes to walk to each other).

On the fourth day, take a day trip to Phi Phi Island, Bamboo Island and Mosquito Island.

We took a boat back to Phuket early on the fifth day.

This time we chose Patong Beach. We went to the beach to play in the afternoon and went to Bar Street in the evening. Or watch a transvestite show, Muay Thai, or visit the night market...it's up to you.

On the sixth day, we went shopping in Jiangxi Ling at Badong Beach, went to Banzan Seafood Market to eat seafood at noon, and had a SPA in the afternoon.

On the seventh day, fly back to Bangkok or fly directly back to China.

Supplement: I don’t recommend you to go to Emperor Island. I don’t think it is very interesting. Although it is famous, its sea water, beach and scenery are far inferior to Phi Phi Island and Similan Island.

As we all know, Similan is only open from November to May every year, it depends on the time you go. When I go to Similan, I usually leave around 6 a.m. and don’t return to the hotel until around 7 p.m. Because the round trip takes 4 hours on the road, plus more than 3 hours of round trip speedboat ride, I actually don’t have much time to actually play there, but the scenery is really beautiful.

As for staying in a tent overnight in Similan, it’s a matter of opinion. I think instead of spending so much money to sleep in a tent, I might as well stay at the Banyan Tree or Hilton - it’s more comfortable!

In addition, Phi Phi Island does not recommend that you take a round-trip day trip from

Phuket

for the same reason as Similan. When visiting Phi Phi Island, you must stay one night on Big Pippi. The next day, you will go from Big Pippi to Little Pippi and visit Bamboo Island and Mosquito Island. This way you will have more time to play and have more fun. Moreover, there are three-star, four-star, and five-star hotels in Dapipi, and the accommodation conditions are also good. Tongsai Bay is a pier and is the busiest with people coming and going, while the north is much quieter (of course, the hotels here are also much more expensive than those in Tonsai Bay). Phang Nga Bay is different from the sunshine, beaches and coconut trees in Phuket. It has caves, stalactites, mangroves and kayaks, giving people a different feeling.
