Xiao Chun is the core area of Meishan. According to the official website of Ningbo Municipal People's Government, Xiao Chun is located in the upper reaches of Meishan Bay and belongs to the core area of Meishan New District. Meishan is the local customary name of Anhua County, Xinhua County, central Hunan Province. The so-called Meishan Navy generally refers to this area.
