The interior design of the western kitchen needs to be designed according to the use demand and space area of the householder. The western kitchen is a multifunctional dining area. Because of its many functions, it is very important to classify and store the space. Generally speaking, it can be classified according to two modes.

① Dry-wet classification

The electrical appliances and utensils stored in the western kitchen are classified and placed according to whether they need to be exposed to water. For example, machines that need to be cleaned frequently, such as juicer and soymilk machine, are placed near the sink, and electrical appliances that only need to be wiped, such as bread maker, rice cooker and microwave oven, are placed away from the sink.

The kitchen operation and storage space is divided into upper, middle and lower parts, among which the most golden position is the middle part, followed by the distribution and finally the upper part. When we classify items in the western kitchen, apart from dry and wet classification, we can also determine the placement position of items according to the use rate. 14/ What should we pay attention to in the design and decoration of Chinese and Western kitchens?

as we all know, as long as the decoration involves water and electricity, it is always very troublesome, and the kitchen is the gathering place of water and electricity. If we want to add a western kitchen to the original Chinese kitchen, there will definitely be many things to pay attention to. Let's talk about it slowly.

1. Drainage?

No matter whether the cabinets are customized or new circuits are added, the biggest problem is new drainage, which is why Chinese and Western kitchens are common in villa houses and not common in flat-level houses, because the drainage of flat floors is much more limited than that of villas, so here we mainly talk about flat floors.

In general, the sewer pipes in the whole building are open, so the owner can't touch them. If you want to build a new building, you can only indirectly add 51 or 61 new pipes from the kitchen or the bathroom, and the length of the new pipes is limited. This is also the reason why the newly-built western kitchen should be close to the kitchen and bathroom, because these two locations are closest to the water.

why is the length of newly connected pipes limited? In fact, there is not a limit to the length, but a requirement for the slope. The newly-built drainage pipe on the flat floor must have a certain slope to discharge the water, right? While the downward slot on the ground is only 2cm at most, so there is bound to be a cut pipe that is higher than the ground. If the newly-added drainage pipe is not long, the slope will not be high, and it will be less than 4 cm above the ground. In the later stage, the tile floor will be laid and buried when the ground is leveled. If the newly-added drainage pipe is too long, the slope will be higher, and the leveling of the tile floor can't be buried, so the water pipe can only be exposed or raised. But both methods are not beautiful.

2. electricity consumption?

although there is no trouble to change the water in the kitchen, there are still some points to pay attention to.

①? If a new western kitchen is added, and there are many appliances in the western kitchen, you must leave a group of empty rooms for the western kitchen alone;

② calculate the electrical power before using the wire.

there is no uniform standard for kitchen wires, because it can be calculated according to the power of one's own appliances: firstly, it is known that the power that a 1-square wire can carry is 1.75kW (one-way electricity of 221V), and we add up the power of the appliances that are already in the kitchen or will be increased in the future) to calculate the same opening rate, then divide it by 1.75kW, and then select the wire according to this data, even if it will be in the future.

3. Tool storage should be subdivided
