If through the blessing of the true and pious practice of guru's yoga, the realization of Dzogchen healing will rise from the depths of our hearts like the morning light, and the practice of "Qiju" and "Tokar" can also be performed in our hearts. Starting from the middle. Don’t think that guru yoga is short, but rather treat it as a low-level teaching, just like a mouthful of food given by the guru. In fact, this method is the root and only method of all dharma. Venerable Immaculate Light once said after realizing it in a broad sense: "This guru yoga is the key to unlocking the door of wisdom." If we believe this venerable word, we should also believe in the guru yoga. Without this, any profound teaching is in vain. If you can concentrate on practicing this method and do not regard it as a low-level teaching, extremely high realizations will naturally appear. Guru Yoga is considered an "external practice", but this is not a derogatory term. For example, speech and mind are established based on the "external appearance" of the body. Without any practice of external appearance, progress along the way will be hindered. Therefore, guru yoga actually includes all the advancements in practice. In recent years, practitioners of the Dharma tend to pursue higher and more profound teachings. These people should keep in mind that the greatest preacher and teacher of the Dharma has supervised this Dharma as their main practice. To practice the generation stage, we must visualize clearly, we must memorize the mantra wheel, and we must have firm confidence that I am the deity. Furthermore, we must be familiar with the different ways of reciting, remembering the forward, main, and final actions. We must continue to practice for years and months and accumulate tens of thousands of times before we can see the results of practice. We must practice for a long time. If we do not practice according to the law, we will be vulnerable to danger. However, the corresponding laws of guru are different. If we practice with devotion and devotion, Guru Rinpoche's compassion and wisdom will easily guide us to achieve absolute enlightenment. When Guru Padmasambhava himself transmitted this guru's teaching, it was as prophesied in Longchen's heart: "From the Yueyang palace of the central channel, guru Pema Tochen Chajiang transmitted this winning teaching to all sentient beings as a prophecy. , use it as a blessing. "The Transcendence Palace of the central channel is the light of the body's own mind. Pema Tuoqinzha means the bone garland of the Lotus Master. The lotus is the name of the Padmasambhava, and the bone garland he wears represents all delusions. Death, and the triumph of total enlightenment. (This passage in the text also refers to the inner liberation of the Immaculate Light, which becomes the inner liberation of Guru Rinpoche.) We must understand that the prophecies of Longchen's Heart Essence clearly show that any sentient being who can practice this teaching can be associated with it. (Specially referring to the guru's corresponding method), they will all enter the pure land of Copper Color Mountain. We should firmly believe in it and practice it with concentration. If there is no response to this practice (for example, within a year), we do not need to be discouraged, disappointed, or subject to doubtful thoughts. Lord Milarepa once said: "You should not expect instant liberation, but should practice throughout your life." If we can make up our minds, we can practice wholeheartedly until we are buried in the grave. All experiences and realizations during practice will arise naturally. Otherwise, it is impossible to lead to the experience of enlightenment through short-term practice without patience. There is a proverb in Tibet: "Unless you continue to practice, the extraordinary meaning of the Dharma will not arise!" Note: Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, the Dharma King, responded to the prayers of his disciples and passed on the Longchen Nyingthig tradition. Based on the teachings of the great master Rigzin Jigme Lingpa in the 18th century, this is the guidance and teaching of guru yoga. The teaching took place in the spring of 1985 at Shechen Monastery in Nepal.
