First of all, for vegetarian dishes, I like to rinse with coriander when eating hot pot. Some people may not be able to stand it, but I like it. Besides, yam and pork ribs are very delicious when cooked together, and it also tonifies the kidney and qi. Even taking mustard to eat hot pot, I can't stand it. The more delicious ones are oily wheat and baby vegetables, while bean products, yuba are also essential for hot pot, as well as frozen tofu, and mushrooms, such as Flammulina velutipes and Lentinus edodes. The soup is particularly fresh and fragrant when cooked.

Hot pot is delicious, but we should pay attention to several points when eating hot pot. First, chopsticks for holding lettuce and raw meat should be used alone, so don't use your own chopsticks to hold raw meat, which is unsanitary and easy to get sick. Second, don't eat too much hot pot. You will find that you will eat much more hot pot than usual. Because there are many side dishes and delicious dishes while eating, you will overeat when eating.
