1. Stir-fried meat with celery and carrots
Ingredients: 100 grams of pork, 150 grams of celery, half a carrot, 3 grams of salt, 30 grams of cooking oil, 6 grams of ginger, white 10 grams of peeled garlic, 60 grams of black fungus, 8 ml of light soy sauce, 4 grams of sugar
Method: 1. Soak black fungus in advance, slice meat, cut parsley into sections, slice carrots, slice ginger, and slice garlic .
2. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry the meat slices until they change color, then add light soy sauce and salt and stir-fry evenly, remove and set aside.
