The shape of the water in the waterfall resembles the Guanyin Bodhisattva holding a jade bottle, and the straight waterfall is the nectar of Guanyin.

Walking along the mountain road, you can see large and small stones everywhere, either under the water or standing on the cliff. They look like turtles, rabbits, birds or other animals, with different expressions.

Damao Mountain not only has many masterpieces of nature, but also contains rich cultural landscapes.

More than 2,000 years ago, Huang Xie, Lord of Chunshen, one of the Four Gentlemen of the Warring States Period, took refuge here and lived in seclusion, leaving behind a small village called "Huang Xie Tian" and hundreds of acres of fertile fields.

At the end of the Tang Dynasty, the Huangchao Rebel Army stationed troops here for repairs. It seems that the sound of soldiers beating drums and shouting can still be heard next to the "Dianjiang Platform" today.

Great masters such as the Song Dynasty scholar Zhu Xi and the writer Su Shi also visited here and left many famous works through the ages.

During the Civil Revolutionary War, Fang Zhimin established the Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Anhui Revolutionary Base here, leaving behind revolutionary relics such as the Red Army Cave and the Three Hundred Martyrs Monument.
