Large and small restaurants generally have fried crabs, which is a special practice in Xiamen and can reflect the delicacy of crabs. When ordering, you should ask the store whether to choose the "swallow crab" unique to Xiamen. The appearance of this variety is similar to that of ordinary crabs, but the fried crab paste is yellow, fragrant and refreshing, and much more delicious than the common red cream crab. A3) The food stall recommends the A 'ai food stall opposite the first kindergarten. The specialty dishes are sea melon seeds (from May to October every year), fried sour bamboo shoots with fish belly, soy sauce for miscellaneous fish, cold snails, fried crabs and so on. A4) In rural areas around Xiamen, weddings, funerals or feudal festivals, such as Purdue, people usually buy raw materials such as seafood and spiced food by themselves, and invite special chefs to sit in the courtyard at home. This street is a gathering place for fashionable men, women and luxury cars in Xiamen, and you can often see Ferrari Lamborghini and other good cars. There are fewer parking spaces in this street, and the police copy cards frequently; There is a coffee shop "Miss Zhao's Shop" near the wharf on Gulangyu Island. The music is good and the decoration is quite petty, which is suitable for being in a daze. Several coffee houses such as "Brown Sugar" along Nanhua Road of Xiamen University are very close, with simple decoration and low consumption, and most of the customers are students. It's a good choice if you want to relive college life. A9) The density of tea shops in Xiamen should be the first in the country. It can often be seen that there are 5-6 tea shops on the streets less than 1 meters. The tea shops in the streets and alleys are hospitable and will show the unique Kung Fu tea ceremony in southern Fujian, so that customers can taste several different flavors for free. Even if they don't buy them after tasting, the shops will smile and want to send them (except the tea shops designated by tour groups). Many tea shop owners grow their own tea in surrounding towns and villages, so tea is made. If ordinary tourists want to buy some home gifts for their relatives and friends, they can buy about 2 yuan per catty and drink fresh and refreshing ones. Shops usually give exquisite independent small packages and gift boxes, as well as simple Kung Fu tea sets. There is no shortage of high-priced tea in Xiamen, which is suitable for tea ceremony experts to treasure. Most Xiamen people have tea sets in their homes and companies, and guests are used to chatting while making tea, which is also a unique tea culture in Xiamen.

A1) The dessert is famous for "Huangze and Peanut Soup" on Zhongshan Road; The "Slime" shaved ice in the Federal Square of Hexiang West Road is very fine and has a faint milk flavor.
