He followed his father to Shu and lived in Qinglian Township, Changlong, Mianzhou (now Jiangyou City, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province). According to legend, the person Li Bai was most sorry for was his sister. After he left Sichuan at the age of 25, he never came back.

It is said that he came back shamelessly because when Li Bai left Qinglian, he took Li Yueyuan's fiancé with him. When they arrived in Hubei, Li Yueyuan's fiancé fell ill and passed away soon.

Li Yueyuan was in grief. Li Yueyuan held on to love until death. There was a flower stand in the small courtyard in front of the pink bamboo building, and a white marble statue of Li Yueyuan sat among the green bamboos. She was dignified and quiet, bowing her head in thought.

I miss my brother who traveled far and wide, and I still miss my fiancé who left with my brother but never came back. The Fenzhu Tower was rebuilt in the 17th year of Daoguang reign (1837) in the Qing Dynasty. There is a book called "The Story of Rebuilding the Fenzhu Tower".

The stele records the event: "The Fenzhu Tower was built by Mr. Li Qinglian for his sister Yueyuan. From the Tang Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty, people worshiped it endlessly. After the war, the temple collapsed, but the foundation remains." The door is Zhu Zhu.

Red, decorated with flowers on the top, boiled fish owl, grass wing angles, etc. There is a vertical plaque in the middle with three characters "Pink Bamboo Tower" inlaid with celadon pieces. There are four couplets on the mountain door, which are very interesting.

It is: "It is true that the commoners of Longxi are not deceived by me; or Li Bai of Shandong, who can believe it?", "The full moon is not far away; when will the banished immortal return?", "The sun is setting and the lonely official is passing; the curtains are rolled up and the peaks are green", "

The Yue Leng River has become a historic site; the wind comes to the sea to recognize the virtuous people." In 1963, the Sichuan Provincial People's Government erected a monument for protection. In 1987, the Jiangyou County Government decided to relocate the Taibai Building in the Mingming Middle School and rebuild the Fenzhu Building.

The building maintains the simple and elegant style of the wooden building. The building is divided into two floors. There are calligraphy and painting works showing the deep love between Li Yueyuan and Li Bai. The couplet on the building pillars is: "I feel ecstasy when I climb the building, and I feel sorry for the pink bamboo and cattails."
