Ingredients: kimchi100g, tofu 200g, pork belly 50g, bean sprouts100g, crab mushroom150g, onion 50g.
Accessories: salt, green onions, garlic seeds, sugar, pork bone soup, glutinous rice wine and Korean hot sauce.
Exercise:
1. First, remove the roots of crab-flavored mushrooms and soybean sprouts; Shred onion; Sliced tofu, garlic and pork belly; Pickled pickle juice and cut into sections; Slice onion with oblique knife.
2. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, stir-fry garlic slices, then pour pork belly, stir-fry until the meat is translucent, then add onions and pickles and stir-fry for a while.
3. Then add 1 spoon of Korean hot sauce and stir well, then add soybean sprouts, crab mushrooms and green onions and stir fry, pour in a proper amount of glutinous rice wine, pour in a bowl of pork bone soup, add tofu blocks, add a small amount of kimchi juice, add half a spoon of salt and a little sugar. Material: rice cake150g.

3. After the water is boiled, pour it into a casserole, add oil tofu, Flammulina velutipes and crab-flavored mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes, then put the sliced tofu in order, add mushrooms and stew for 5 minutes with low fire. Finally, add chicken essence and sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
