Method of picking oranges
Choosing a good orange is the crowning touch of this dessert. So how do we choose a good orange?
First of all, let me talk about oranges that are more suitable for dessert. As a matter of fact, there are many varieties and sizes of oranges, but I recommend Sunkist Orange. Because Sunkist orange has a particularly outstanding orange flavor, and it tastes sweet and contains a lot of orange juice. So it is the most suitable for dessert.
So how do we choose a Sunkist orange? First of all, we see that the appearance of orange must be intact. When we put it together with our noses, it smells very fragrant. Besides, we can look at the top of the orange. If the top point can be easily pushed, it proves that the orange is edible and just ripe.
How to choose the milk suitable for steamed eggs?
There are many kinds of milk on the market, including pure milk, flavored milk, yogurt, flavored milk, fruity flavored milk and so on. In fact, only pure milk is suitable for steamed eggs with milk, especially steamed eggs with fresh orange milk.
Because if the taste of milk is too strong, it will completely cover up the taste of oranges. Moreover, the fragrance of eggs will not be prominent, so we should choose a suitable milk to sublimate this steamed egg.
So how to judge whether this milk is suitable for dessert? We can look at the fat content in the nutrient composition table. If the fat content of milk is above 3.6%, then this milk is very milky, so it is very suitable for making milk desserts. But in the market, the fat content of each milk is not necessarily above 3.6%, so we basically choose 3%.
2.5% is enough.
Summary: The above is my sharing of steamed eggs with fresh orange milk, and also my personal habit of choosing oranges and milk.
