Xuan bi

There are hard-brush pens such as "Stone Badger", "Xuanzhou Purple Hairbrush" and "Pure Purple Sharp Hairbrush", and long-edged sheepbrush pens such as "Giraffe", "Crane Neck" and "Bamboo Shoot Front". Precious and famous pens include "the ancient method is full of vitality", "Jade Tube Xuanbi", "An Wu's legacy", "Dream pen gives birth to flowers" and "Lotus door pen". Xuanbi reached its peak in the Tang and Song Dynasties. At that time, the literati took Xuancheng Zihao as the top grade, and Xuanbi was once used as a tribute.

Xuan paper

is tough, moist, glossy, white, folding-resistant, aging-resistant, moth-proof, and pure in texture. The famous product is "Chengxintang" paper. In the Tang Dynasty, Xuanzhou paper became a tribute because of its excellent quality, and was later named "Xuanzhou Paper" because of its place name. Li Yu, the queen of the Southern Tang Dynasty, personally supervised the precious "Chengxintang" paper in Xuan paper. Since then, Xuan paper has been the first choice for literati's calligraphy and painting paper.

Dahongpao chestnut

has unique flavor, full fruit, uniform grains, bright color, sweet taste, strong waxy property and storage resistance. Dahongpao chestnut in Jinjilong Village was once a tribute in Qing Dynasty. It is said that it was named after a joke of Empress Dowager Cixi that "this chestnut is brighter than your Dahongpao", and now it is exported to East Asia and Southeast Asia.

Xuan Chaenomeles

Xuan Chaenomeles is named after "Chaenomeles are everywhere, and Xuancheng is the best" in Compendium of Materia Medica. During the Southern and Northern Dynasties, it was designated as a tribute. Warm in nature and sour in taste, it can relax tendons and activate collaterals, dispel wind and damp arthralgia.

Shuidong candied dates

Shuidong candied dates are flat in shape, bright and transparent, with thin gold threads and amber-like colors, so they are also called "golden amber dates". Shuidong candied dates are divided into five grades, among which the special "Tianxiang seedless candied dates" are the most valuable. Shuidong candied dates are produced in shuidong town, Xuanzhou District. Jujube trees have been planted here for more than 3 years. There are two kinds of dates, namely, sharp dates and round dates, which are big, small in stone, thin in skin, thick in meat, sweet and crisp, and the history of making candied dates is also more than 1 years.

south lake whitebait

is crystal clear, with fine meat and soft bones, delicious and nutritious, and can be eaten by eel, fried or boiled in soup. Roasted soup is the best, fresh but not fishy, thick but not turbid, fat but not greasy, which is a treasure in light fish. South Lake whitebait is caught in early July every year. Most products are processed into dry goods, including "fried dough sticks" and "flood strips", with "fried dough sticks" being the best. Qin fish is delicious, silvery white in scale, fresh and tender in meat, etc., and it has been a rare specialty in Tang and Song Dynasties. Jingting Green Snow

Jingting Green Snow is produced at the foot of Jingting Mountain in Xuancheng. This tea has a long history and was quite famous as early as the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Its shape is like a sparrow's tongue, its color is green and it is covered with white hair. After brewing, the soup is clear and blue, fragrant and sweet, and the pieces are even, just like green fog topping and snowflakes flying, hence the name "Jingting Green Snow".

Xieshan bamboo shoots

Xieshan bamboo shoots are produced in Zhuhai, Xieshan, Guangde County. Because of the fertile soil and thick soil layer, the bamboo shoots produced are thin and fleshy, tender, crisp and sweet, small in size, golden all over, and very beautiful in appearance. They are the best among bamboo shoots. Canned food made from the bamboo shoots of Xieshan Mountain is exported at home and abroad.
