If you want to taste all kinds of authentic Cantonese tea, you must go to Jindingxuan. Jin Dingxuan specializes in Cantonese cuisine, operating four major cuisines of Sichuan, Guangdong, Shandong and Huai. It inherits and develops the essence of traditional cooking skills, promotes new cuisines, and fully satisfies your taste buds.
Jindingxuan, located outside the south gate of Ditan, is my frequent restaurant. This is not only because the whole family used to eat here when they were young. But also because of its rich and varied dishes. On weekdays, if friends from other places come to Beijing, I will also invite them here for dinner.
Jin Dingxuan looks very classical. The whole building has four floors, adopting the attic style of China classical cornices. Red lanterns are hung on cornices at will, showing the quaint charm of China's architectural style and the prosperity of China's traditional culture. The solid wood furniture in the dining room is skillfully matched with the Chinese-style pane screen, giving people an antique, elegant and pleasant aesthetic feeling.
