Cold kelp shreds:

3g of seaweed, 15g of spiced dried bean curd, 5g of seaweed, salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and Jiang Mo.

1. Wash kelp, add a little vinegar and cook or steam it in a pan, take it out and soak it, then shred it and put it on a plate for later use.
2. Dry-clean and cool tofu, cut it into filaments, boil it in a boiling pot, take it out, soak it, drain the water, and put it on kelp silk; Dried tofu is sprinkled with dried seaweed.
3. Put soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, Jiang Mo, sesame oil and white sugar into a bowl, mix and make juice, pour it into a kelp dish, and mix well to serve.

Practice:
1) Slice potatoes, wash them with water to remove starch and soak them for 15 minutes. Soft shred dried peppers with a little water;

4) fry the pepper oil in a frying pan, remove the pepper paste, pour the hot oil into the shredded potatoes, and take special care of the shredded peppers to taste.

Step 1
1. Wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces. Cut some dried peppers into two sections and some chopped green onion and garlic cloves.

Step 3
3. Pour out the water, then stir-fry some chopped green onion and garlic with a little peanut oil, pour in a proper amount of vinegar, and finally pour the spicy oil into the developed cucumber block.
