should be located in the magic capital Shanghai, which can be said to occupy the commanding heights geographically, but it is undeniable that the school is really biased. In the suburbs of Fengxian, Xuhui Campus is in the city center, but most of them are junior college students, so I won't explain it here.

There are two kinds of daily travel modes.

First, take the bus to Fengxian Metro Station, and then transfer to any place you want. Here, I have to praise Shanghai Dad's urban construction. As long as you can get into the subway station in Shanghai, you can go anywhere you want, and you can transfer in the station without leaving the subway. It is really convenient and fast.

Secondly, you can take the campus shuttle bus (Dream) to Shanghai South Railway Station, which is much faster than transferring to buses and subways. It is also the first choice for most Shanghai students to go home on holidays. But in fact, life on campus is very convenient, the basic living materials can be completely satisfied, and there are many food courts around, so daily life is completely unaffected. Moreover, the school is close to the sea and the air is good. It is also a good choice to ride a bike with three or five friends at ordinary times.

II. School

The school is the earliest Shanghai municipal key construction university named after "applied technology". It was established by three junior colleges in 2111, was authorized by master's degree in 2118, and was renamed as "Shanghai Universities of Applied Sciences" in 2116. In 2117, it became a doctoral degree authorized project construction unit, and in 2121, it became a doctoral degree recommendation unit in Shanghai. Only two schools were recommended by this.

In addition, the school has recruited international students and Telfer International Business School, and even annexed Shanghai Institute of Spice, which is still very strong in running schools.

III. Specialty

The most outstanding specialty of the school is the technology and engineering of flavors and fragrances, mainly engaged in cosmetics research and development and perfume manufacturing, which is highly recognized in the industry. More than half of the domestic perfumers are from our school, so our school is also known as the "cradle of perfumers". Compared with other majors, it is much worse. After all, the strength of running a school is limited, and there is really no way to provide too many strong majors.

There are materials science and engineering (national characteristics), chemical engineering and technology (the top 1% of ESl in the world and B- in the fourth round of discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education), mechanical engineering (C- in the fourth round of discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education), food science and engineering (IFT and engineering education double international certification) and six excellent engineer education and training programs. However, from the perspective of employment, the employment situation of the above majors is not as good as that of students from the School of Economics and Management and the School of Computer Science.

Fourth, the admission score

When it comes to the admission score, we have to mention a key factor here, that is, the score is artificially high. It can be said that the false high score is a very common thing, and it is normal that a good region can bring tens of points of bonus to schools. However, in this matter of false high score, Shanghai has definitely achieved "perfection", and even the admission scores of Shanghai Yingda in many areas are higher than those of 211 schools in many remote areas.

For example, I gave up two universities, Northeast Forestry University and Northeast Agricultural University (although these two universities are both agricultural and forestry schools, it is undeniable that they are indeed 211 colleges and universities, and they will have higher social recognition than ordinary colleges and universities), but I won't say much about why I made this choice.

I just want to tell you that if your area is remote or economically underdeveloped, the schools applying for Shanghai will need to give a considerable number of scores before they can apply for the exam, and Shanghai University is in the middle and lower reaches of Shanghai, which is a guaranteed institution for many Shanghai candidates.

As for what you may hear from some Shanghai candidates, I don't think it's necessary. In fact, Shanghai has long implemented the enrollment policy of merging one school with another. All schools are collectively called undergraduate schools, but the school has been enrolling students in two schools before the merger. After all, the school just started to develop at that time, and its various businesses were not complete. In addition, it is still an academic school without changing its name, which is naturally not favored by candidates.

Speaking of development prospects, I personally think it should be big, not to mention that the school has achieved such great development in just over ten years, just saying that the orientation of running a school is very in line with the development requirements of our country.

internationally, universities are generally divided into two types, one is academic research type, and the other is applied technology type. At present, China's current school-running mode is mainly academic research type. Nowadays, most ordinary undergraduate universities in China are transforming into applied technology-based universities for development, among which there are many key universities. As Universities of Applied Sciences, which aims at running schools with applied technology from the beginning, its development prospect is naturally bright.

VI. Life experience

At the beginning, I chose southern universities, largely because I didn't like the accommodation conditions in the north. Most of my friends stayed in the north, just like what was said on the Internet, there were 6 people and 8 people in a room (a few universities had 4 people), bunk beds (a few universities went to bed and got off the table), and there was no air conditioning, balcony and bathroom (basically, On the other hand, it should be large, with four rooms, bed and table, air conditioning, balcony, cubicle bathroom, water dispenser and other living facilities.

I prefer to have a bathroom on each floor of Shanghai University. There is a compartment in the bathroom, and there is also a locker in the compartment to store clothes and toiletries, which saves me the trouble of cleaning every day while protecting my privacy. Because there is one on each floor, bathing becomes particularly convenient. Personally, this facility is more convenient than the independent bathroom. There are two kinds of dormitory buildings: high-rise and low-rise. The high-rise is equipped with an elevator. Although there is no low-rise building, the high-rise does not affect life.

Because in the new campus, the construction of the school is very good, and every classroom is equipped with air conditioning (one in front and one in back), so you don't have to worry about it in hot summer or cold winter. The school is also equipped with 511 exclusive bicycles for students to travel every day.

There are two very high-quality schools around the school, East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai Normal University, which have a strong learning atmosphere. The school is also equipped with a 24-hour all-night study room for students to study independently. It is worth mentioning that the school has no access control system, and you can freely enter and leave the dormitory every night by swiping the campus card (I really envy my friends who can't leave the dormitory after 11 o'clock every day). The school also has a supermarket on the second floor of a canteen, which is very warm.

The construction of the school is very modern, and there is a self-service vending machine downstairs in each building (it supports paying by brushing your face, which is very tall).
