Ingredients: 300g glutinous rice, red bean paste, dried longan, raisins, adzuki beans, peanuts, lotus seeds, red dates, sugar and lard.

Production process:

4. Add a proper amount of sugar and a spoonful of lard to the cooked glutinous rice;

The inner wall of the bowl is coated with lard to facilitate demoulding, and then the bottom of the bowl is covered with longan pulp and raisins; Take a ball of glutinous rice and gently press it on the pulp, stick it on the wall of the bowl, pull the red dates into strips and insert them on the glutinous rice, then code peanuts and lotus seeds;

7. Rub a proper amount of glutinous rice into a strip and gently press it on the bowl wall to form a small nest in the middle; Fill the middle nest with bean paste, and then decorate the rest of the ingredients around at will. I stick the cooked red beans around;

Tips:

1. Soak the glutinous rice thoroughly in advance and add a little water to cook it; Stir-fried with sugar, glutinous rice paste oil is easy to operate;

2. The ingredients can be adjusted at will. Lotus seeds should be pitted, and peanuts and red beans must be cooked in advance, otherwise these raw ones will dry even if they are steamed for a long time;
