3. Structure and working principle
The shell of the electric constant temperature blast drying oven is stamped, folded and welded from steel plates. The surface of the shell is treated with high-strength electrostatic spray coating. The membrane is smooth and firm. The studio is made of folded carbon steel plates or mirror stainless steel plates, and insulation cotton is filled between the studio and the outer shell. There are test shelves inside the studio for placing various test items. The back of the working room is equipped with an electric heating element and a centrifugal fan impeller. The fan circulates the heated air in the working room through the rear air duct, so the temperature in the working room is relatively uniform. The door seal is sealed with a silicone rubber strip. There is a sight glass on the door for observation. There are inlet and exhaust holes on the back of the casing. The exhaust volume can be adjusted by yourself. The left side of the shell of the electric heating constant temperature blast drying oven is an electrical box. The front panel of the electrical box is equipped with temperature control instruments, power switches, etc., and the electrical components are installed in the electrical box.

Basic and stainless steel series drying ovens use intelligent digital temperature regulators for temperature setting, display and control. This temperature regulator uses computer technology to collect and process temperature signals in the working room, so that the temperature in the working room can be automatically maintained at a constant temperature. This temperature control system is a P.I.D intelligent temperature control system with reliable performance and easy use.
The stainless steel series drying oven can also be equipped with an intelligent program temperature regulator for temperature setting, display and control. The temperature control system can set and control the operating temperature, constant temperature, heating time and constant temperature time in multiple temperature sections. This temperature regulator uses computer technology to collect and process temperature signals in the working room, so that the temperature in the working room can be automatically maintained at a constant temperature. This temperature control system is a P.I.D intelligent temperature control system with reliable performance and easy use. And can be programmed according to experimental needs.
Intelligent temperature regulators all have over-temperature protection functions. During the operation of the equipment, if the temperature in the working room exceeds the set temperature value, the over-temperature protection circuit will operate and cut off the heating circuit.
IV. Installation and use of equipment
Before using the equipment, the electric constant temperature blast drying box should be placed on a flat workbench, and the appearance of the equipment should be checked first: there is no damage to the appearance of the equipment. , the appearance of the instrument is intact, the equipment is well insulated, the power plug is intact, and the power switch can be pressed flexibly. The power cord of each device is connected to a single-phase three-pole plug. The top electrode of the plug is the ground electrode. Users must use a single-phase three-pole power socket when using it. The ground electrode of the power socket should have reliable protection. Grounding and protection are connected to zero.
The power socket should be able to provide a current greater than the rated power of the electric thermostatic blast drying oven used.
How to use the economical series drying oven:
Carefully read the instruction manual of the electronic temperature regulator to set the temperature.
Turn on the power switch, turn on the power supply of the equipment, move the setting knob of the electronic temperature regulator to the required temperature scale value, and insert the standard mercury thermometer into the middle hole of the hood on the top of the box for display temperature. At this time, the heater starts to heat up and the temperature in the working room begins to rise. The green light on the electronic temperature regulator means heating, the red light means stopping heating, and the traffic light on and off alternately means entering the constant temperature section. When the temperature in the box is stable, the indicated value of the standard mercury thermometer is the temperature value in the working room. When the indicated value of the standard mercury thermometer is different from the required set temperature value, the setting knob of the electronic temperature regulator can be slightly adjusted to make the indicated value of the standard mercury thermometer meet the process requirements.
Example: Take TED-4001 temperature controller as an example, set the working temperature to 150℃, the operation method is as follows:
Turn on the power switch → Set the temperature of the electronic temperature controller to The setting knob is set at 150°C → the green light of the electronic temperature regulator lights up, the heater starts to heat, and the temperature of the studio rises slowly → the green light goes out when it reaches 150°C → the traffic light flashes alternately to indicate that it has entered the constant temperature section.
2. How to use the basic and stainless steel series drying ovens:
Carefully read the instruction manual of the intelligent temperature regulator to set the temperature.
Turn on the power switch, turn on the power of the device, and power on the intelligent temperature regulator. After initialization is completed, the temperature will be set. Set the temperature to the required temperature value, then turn on the heating switch. The OUT indicator light on the intelligent temperature regulator will light up. At this time, the heater begins to heat and the temperature in the working room begins to rise. When the temperature in the working room approaches the set value temperature, the OUT indicator light turns on and off, entering the P.I.D temperature control stage. If the user needs higher temperature accuracy, he can refer to the relevant content of the intelligent temperature regulator manual to perform P.I.D self-tuning and other operations.
Example: Take the YLE-2412W intelligent digital display temperature controller as an example. Set the working temperature to 150°C. The operation method is as follows:
Turn on the power switch → Power on the instrument Initialization, the instrument displays the current temperature value and the set value respectively → Set the temperature: press the button, the upper row displays SP → Press the or button to make the lower row display 150 → Press the button to return to the normal working state → Turn on the heating switch and the OUT indicator light will turn on → Work The room starts to heat up → when it is close to 150℃, the OUT indicator light turns on and off intermittently and enters P.I.D control → constant temperature.

5. Precautions for the use of equipment
All technical indicators of this series of products have been tested in actual operation before leaving the factory. If the user needs to use his own thermometer due to process requirements ( (a thermometer with a certain accuracy), the user's thermometer can be used as the standard.
Regularly check whether the screws of each electrical contact are loose. If they are loose, tighten them to keep the electrical contacts in good contact.
This equipment is non-explosion-proof. Experiments and storage of flammable and explosive items are not allowed to avoid the risk of deflagration.
When using the electric constant-temperature blast drying oven, a dedicated person must supervise it to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
When the electric constant temperature blast drying oven is not used for a long time, the items in the working room should be taken out and wiped clean to keep the equipment dry.
