Ingredients: 660 grams of pork belly.
Accessories: salt 1 teaspoon, pepper powder 1/2 teaspoons, 50g of flour, 50g of sweet potato starch, 2 eggs and proper amount of water.
Steps:
1. Wash and slice pork. Add a little salt and pepper, grab well and marinate to taste.
2. Mix flour and sweet potato starch 1: 1, add two eggs, a little pepper powder and a little water and mix well.
3. The prepared batter is neither thin nor thick (stir it up with chopsticks and it will flow slowly, just fine).
4. Add the sliced meat and mix well.
5. Burn the oil to 60% heat and put the meat slices into the pot.
6. After the shape is determined, turn over to avoid uneven heating, fry until golden brown, and remove the oil.
7. Heat the oil pan on a large fire and fry the fried crispy meat thoroughly again.
