Where is Honghu Lake?

Honghu Lake is in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province.

Honghu Lake is located in the depression between honghu city and Jianli County in southern Hubei Province and between the Yangtze River and Dongjing River. The elevation of the lake is 25m, and the perennial water surface is 35km2 (the mid-198s water level), with an area of 348.2km2 in 28 (the data of honghu city government in 218 was 348.33km2). The east and west sides are connected with the Yangtze River, which is a good place for fish breeding.

Honghu Lake is the seventh largest freshwater lake in China and the largest lake in Hubei Province.
