Located in the west section of Renmin Road in Lushan Mountain, the old Guolan Cuisine Hall was awarded the title of "Guo Lin Cuisine with Unique Flavor" by Henan Cuisine Association. Lushan Water Banquet, a famous banquet in western Henan, was founded in 1908. Based on the traditional flavor of Lushan banquet, it absorbed the cooking technology of the palace, with exquisite craftsmanship and fine production, forming a banquet with Lushan style, good color, fragrance, taste and shape, which conforms to the social customs and habits of the Central Plains. Its Lushan water mat "eight bowls and eight" is unique and icing on the cake.
In the early years, General Feng Yuxiang came to Lushan Mountain to taste the "eight bowls and eight bowls" of Lushan water mat, and he was very appreciative of its unique flavor. During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, the Kuomintang Henan provincial government moved to Lushan Mountain, where local officials and gentry often entertained dignitaries with "eight bowls and eight bowls". After liberation, Lushan water mat became more perfect and prosperous. However, since the Cultural Revolution, this Chinese name banquet has gradually lost its original characteristics.
In order to inherit and carry forward the historical catering culture of Lushan Mountain, Tianrun Building adheres to the business philosophy of "tradition is not conservative and modernity is not distorted", and strives to create a unique "Lushan Water mat" according to the scientific dietary nutrition concept of "nourishing in spring, clearing heat in summer, moistening in autumn and replenishing in winter", so that the traditional Lushan Water mat will shine again.
In March 2007, Lushan Shuixi was awarded "Henan Famous Banquet" by Henan Provincial Department of Commerce and Henan Catering Industry Association.
