How to make a birthday hat.

Tools/Materials: Paper plate, scissors, colored pens, ultra-light clay

1. First fold the cake plate in half, cut it vertically with scissors, and repeat several times.

2. Then cut the middle into eight equal triangles (note that they are equal triangles, do not cut them randomly if they are not divided into equal parts).

3. Continue to fold the triangle upwards and decorate the hat with watercolor pens.

4. Then paste on cards, sequins and other rich hat decorations.
