Ingredients: rye flour180g, low-gluten flour or ordinary flour 340g, skimmed milk powder 30g, aluminum-free baking powder 32g, fine sugar 20g and salt 2g.
1. Put all the materials into a large bowl and choose a larger container.
2. Then take an egg beater and mix the flour just mixed evenly.
3. Prepare a dry and sealed glass bottle (there must be no water in it, and it must be dry).
4. Then put the mixed muffin powder into a glass bottle and seal it.
5. When needed, take a proper amount of muffin powder, add 200ml of milk and an egg to make a flowable batter.
6. Stop stirring the batter until there is no dry powder. Let it stand for fifteen minutes and you can make muffins.
