How to make wolfberry and red date wine
Recipe: 200 grams of wolfberry, 200 grams of red dates, Gu Yangkang, no additives, 1kg of wine for brewing.
Production process: Remove the rotten particles from the wolfberry, wash it, dry it and soak it in wine. The same goes for the red dates. It should be sealed for 14 days before drinking.
Twice a day, take 10 ml orally each time. During the drinking process, 200 ml of liquor can be added to the bottle.
1. Fried fungus with red dates
Ingredients: 15 red dates, 15 grams of white fungus, 15 grams of black fungus, salt, sesame oil, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, 100 ml of water.
Method: Wash and soak the black and white fungus, cut into strips and set aside; wash (cut open) the jujube and set aside; add the ginger to the oil pan and sauté until fragrant, then add the prepared black and white fungus After stir-frying for a few times, add the washed jujubes, cover the pot with water and simmer for 5 minutes, then stir-fry quickly. After the soup is reduced, add seasonings and serve.
2. Bamboo-shredded chicken stewed with red dates and wolfberry
Ingredients: half a white radish, one bamboo-shredded chicken, 15 grams of wolfberry, 5 red dates, and three slices of ginger.
Method: Cut the white radish into pieces, remove the feathers and internal organs from the bamboo shred chicken, put it into the soup pot with the above ingredients, simmer for about 1 hour, season and drink.
3. Red dates and chrysanthemum porridge
Ingredients: 5-10 red dates, 100 grams of black rice, 15 grams of chrysanthemums.
Method: Add appropriate amount of water to cook porridge , when the porridge is cooked until thick, add appropriate amount of brown sugar.
4. Polygonum multiflorum and jujube porridge
Ingredients: 25 grams of Polygonum multiflorum powder, 50 grams of jujube, 15 grams of rock sugar, and 50 grams of japonica rice.
