There are many special cuisines in my hometown. The common cuisines are Xueye fish head, Laiwu sausage, Fanghuoshao in Kouzhen and Chenlou candied melon.
Every hometown has its own unique food and beautiful scenery. Although there are not many beautiful food in my hometown, every food is unique. Especially when I am in a different place, I can eat a bite of my hometown food, which can not only alleviate my homesickness, but also deeply experience the taste of home.
1. Xueye fish head.
Xueye Fish Head is one of the most famous cuisines in my hometown. It is mainly the most distinctive food in Xueye Lake. Fish head soup is made from Xueye mountain spring water, authentic Xueye Lake Hualien fish head and various seasonings. In addition, there are various ways to eat more than one fish in Xueye fish. The fish head is used to make soup, and the fish head is very delicious for frying, frying or stewing. Moreover, Xueye fish head has been on CCTV programs.
2. Laiwu sausage.
Laiwu sausage has always been a special food in my hometown, especially when the year is approaching. Basically, every household will collect a dozen or twenty kilograms of pork and go to the processing factory to process the sausage. Chop the pork into small pieces, then put some auxiliary seasoning, pour it into the pig casing, dry it for a few days, and steam it on the pot to eat. Remember to take a few sausages every week at school and eat them as pickles at school. They are not only delicious, but also very satisfying.
3. Chenlou candied melon.
Chenlou candied melon in my hometown has a production history of more than 1 years, which began in Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty. Chenlou candied melon has been passed down from generation to generation by Chen's ancestors, and has formed its own unique production method. The main seasoning is maltose, which is extracted from millet and oats and then mixed and processed according to a certain proportion. Every year, on the 23rd night of the twelfth lunar month, every household buys several candied melons to give them to relatives and friends, and they will also be presented as delicious food during the Chinese New Year.
