1 steamed quail
Ingredients: fresh quail 1 piece, ginger, onion, cooking wine, salt and pepper.
Practice: Slaughter quail, unhairing, eviscerating, rinsing with clear water, and draining water. Put quail in a bowl, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, ginger slices and onion segments, stir evenly and marinate for about 30 minutes. Put the salted quail in a steamer and steam it over high fire 15-20 minutes until the quail is cooked. Take out the steamed quail, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and serve.
2. Braised quail
Ingredients: quail, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine.
Quails are slaughtered, cleaned and cut into pieces for later use. Add some oil to the pot, add ginger slices and garlic cloves and stir-fry until fragrant. Add quail pieces and stir well, then add soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine to taste. Add the right amount of water and simmer until the meat is cooked and rotten.
3. Quail mushroom soup
Ingredients: quail, mushrooms, Flammulina velutipes, chicken soup, salt and black pepper.

4. spicy quail skewers
Ingredients: quail, Chili powder, cumin powder, salt, olive oil and bamboo stick.
Quails are slaughtered, cleaned and cut into pieces for later use. Sprinkle Chili powder and cumin powder evenly on quail meat, and marinate for 15 minutes to taste. Then string them with bamboo sticks and smear them on quail meat with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake the strung quails in the oven for 15 minutes.
5. Roasted quail legs in sauce
Ingredients: Quail leg, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, ginger, garlic, star anise, fragrant leaves, cinnamon and water starch.
Wash quail legs and cut into pieces, slice ginger and chop garlic for later use. Add some oil to the pot, add ginger slices and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add quail pieces and stir well, then add soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine to taste. Add star anise, cinnamon and other spices and continue to stew for 20 minutes.
