Dish
Dish, the main raw material is "Muchuan Yangjiaocai" which is produced in the verdant Biling of wu-chih mountains in the southwest mountainous area of Sichuan Basin. Tossing vegetables, select high-quality fresh cornus, and marinate them with the unique fresh vegetable pickling process in Muchuan, a traditional folk tradition.
Insect banquet
Insect banquet, bamboo shoots, pupae, cicadas, spankers (black) and bee pupae, which Muchuan people like to eat, are all delicious.
Black-bone chicken
It is an excellent local breed in Sichuan Province, belonging to the southwest Sichuan strain of mountainous black-bone chicken. It is named because its coat is all black, and its skin, meat, bones and internal organs are all black, especially its whole body feathers are dark, blue and green.
