Production method 1. Wash the jujube, soak it in clear water to make it absorb enough water and break it, add twice the weight of clear water and cook for 1 hour to make the aroma, sugar and nutrients in the jujube fully dissolve. Then filtering to obtain jujube liquid, and cooling for later use.
