Fengdu Ghost Town was formerly known as Du Feng Ghost Town, and was called "Bazi Biedu" in ancient times. It was established in the second year of Yongyuan in the Eastern Han Dynasty and has a history of nearly two thousand years. It is located on the north bank of the Yangtze River in Fengdu County, a downstream city of Chongqing, and is a tourist attraction for cruise passengers on the Yangtze River. Fengdu Ghost Town is also called "Youdu", "Ghost Country Kyoto" and "Hometown of Divine Comedy in China". Ghost towns are famous for their various buildings and shapes in the underworld.
