Ingredients: pork belly100g, plum vegetable100g, Pleurotus eryngii 60g, garlic moss 30g; ;
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, 30g of sweet noodle sauce, and 0/5g of light soy sauce/kloc-.
Plum vegetable bibimbap sauce
1 Cut pork, Pleurotus eryngii and garlic moss into small pieces.
2 Wash plum vegetables, soak them in clear water for 5 minutes, remove the salty taste, drain and chop them up. 3 put oil in the pot and fry the pork until it turns white. 4 Add garlic moss and saute until fragrant.
5 Add plum vegetables and stir well.
6 Add soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce, stir well and serve.
