I rushed to Tianhe Airport at 4:30 in the morning to participate in a special competition: the 4th Thousand People Walking the Gobi Hiking Challenge. Before the race, I only knew the race route in the picture below, but didn’t know much about anything else. I was a little worried, wondering if I could complete the race?

I met my apprentice friends at the airport, which made me feel free of worries. It turns out that there are so many friends who want to challenge myself.

When I saw the clean streets and low-rise houses in Dunhuang, the word "comfort" was my first feeling at the moment.

The Travel Alliance team met for Dunhuang delicacies. It was our first meeting. Our teammates were not all here, and some were still on the way.

In the evening we went to see "Dunhuang Again". The shocking performance made us feel like we were transported back in time.

After checking into the hotel, we met Yingjie and the beautiful woman. We signed up for a thousand people to go to the Gobi to get to know her. We had WeChat but had never met her in person. It felt like we were late to meet her. Because I arrived at the hotel very late and was very tired, I lay on Yingjie and she gave me a facial massage, which was super comfortable. Comparison?

On this day, the first members of our team met to go to Yumen Pass together, and the captain drove us. We set off at 5:30 in the morning, and when we arrived at Yumen Pass at 7:40, it was still dark, so the moon could be placed in my hand. Super cold. ?

We waited for the Yumen Pass to open, and then entered the Yumen Pass to take our beautiful photos.

At the dinner in the evening, 11 members of our traveling alliance team gathered together. This is our group photo.

Our hiking competition officially started. On the first day, we hiked with a trying attitude, and all members arrived at the campground smoothly. The scenery on the road is beautiful, and the vast Gobi itself seems extremely small.

On this day, I completed 32 kilometers alone. I took the first place in the group and completed the race in 6 hours and 22 minutes. The process Think about your own path, let yourself go, and talk to yourself.

I was the first to come back this day. The camp tent was empty, and our drag bags were not returned. Although my feet hurt and I was very tired, I still liked the feeling of warmth when my teammates came back, so I decided to go Get all teammates' drag bags and put them in the camp tent. Everyone came back very tired this day. We relax and rest with each other.

The captain told us that we must be happy.

This is the third day of the competition. On this day, my old foot was a little strained. Every step I took, my left foot hurt. During the first half of the journey, After arriving at the aid station with my third brother, sixth sister, and eighth sister, I thought it would be better to walk at my own speed, because my feet would hurt more if I walked slowly. This day I took second place in our team. The fifth sister is a potential stock and won the first place. The fifth sister said that she set a goal for herself, one goal for every 10 flags, and rewarded herself with something to eat.

? Today my fifth sister and I went back to the campground to get an expensive massage, which was super comfortable. I have 5 blisters on my feet and it still hurts a little when I walk. Desperately wanting to rest.

Time flies by very quickly, this is the last day of our competition. We met to complete the last 18 kilometers together.
