Since June 2020, with the opening of Qimxy Beach Water Park, Qiqi Childhood Parent-child Park, Wonderful Town, Haiyun Hotel and Haiyun Tangquan, the overall planning of "Four Parks and One Town Seven Hotel" in Xiangyang OCT Dream Resort is gradually being fulfilled, and the first "Dream Department" product in China is innovatively launched on the basis of the existing "Happy Department" in OCT.

Xiangyang OCT Fantasy Resort is positioned as "Building a New Holiday in China", which is composed of "Four Parks and One Town Seven Hotel" and will be built into "Lv Wen City Leisure Resort" in China 3.0. Including Qimxy Beach Water Park, Qiqi Childhood Parent-child Park, Fantasy Valley Large-scale Cultural Park, Haiyun Tangquan four theme parks, the first urban cultural tourism town, wonderful town, seven theme hotels, theme park clusters, urban cultural clusters and commercial leisure clusters, with different styles, forming a one-stop urban cultural tourism and leisure resort with "eating, living, traveling and entertaining". Qimxy Beach

As the first initiative with a total investment of about 800 million yuan, "Qimxy Beach" was grandly opened on June 24th, 2020. Designed by DTJ, a well-known American theme park design company, and Huachuang Zhicheng, a well-known cultural travel company. Four immersive theme areas will be built, namely, Discovery Harbor, Lost Bay, Adventure Cave and Exotic Island, to create a summer time to play with water and enjoy the sea.

Qimxy Beach Water Park covers an area of about 6,543.8+5,000 square meters, introducing top international equipment, launching a fun and exciting water park in summer, transforming the wave pool into an ice rink in winter, supporting water theme hotels, and gathering health care projects such as hot springs and saunas to create a new entertainment water kingdom that operates all year round.

Fantasy valley

The "Fantasy Valley" project combines the elements of eastern and western stories, and will create areas such as "Kun Ark", "Hidden Wonderland" and "Alien Harbor". Every big piece of equipment has a theme story.
