Ten miles southwest of Fenyi County, next to Fenyi Power Plant, and under the grotesque third peak of Yuanling with beautiful mountains, there is a deep cave, which the ancients called "the ancient and modern scenic spot". This cave is called Yansong Cave by the masses, but old records say it is Hongyang Cave. It is called "Hongyang Cave" because Ge Hong and Yang Lou, two Taoist priests in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, passed by this cave, so they were named after them.
Taohuadong
Taohua Cave is located on a hill in Shangsong Village, playground township, 90 miles north of Fenyi County. The entrance of the cave is smaller than Yan Song Cave, about four or five meters high and six or seven meters wide. The cave is wide and open, not inferior to Yan Song Cave. Stalactites of various shapes on the ceiling and wall of the cave are much more beautiful than those in Yan Songdong, because they are undamaged and exposed to bright or dark sunlight.
Hometown of Yan Song
Yan Song's hometown Qiaojie Village is the hometown where Yan Song was born and lived for decades. She is located in the southeast corner of the suburb of Fenyi County, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, with Yuanling as its back and Qingping as its face. There are dozens of ancient temples in Ming and Qing Dynasties in Yan Song's hometown, including the true and false tombs in Yan Song, Yan Song Cave and Shimen Temple in Yan Song.
