This is a traditional snack of Han nationality in Hefei, Wuhu, Maanshan, Bazhen, Huailin, Wuwei and Lujiang in Anhui, and it is a folk festival sacrifice. 5. Old Joe Peanut Crisp
This is a traditional scenic spot of Han nationality in Anhui and Hexian counties. It is said that there was a pastry chef named Chen in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty. After the peanuts are fried, add sesame oil and maltose and cut into cubes, which are shaped like crisp sugar. Mainly made of peanuts and white sugar, it is sweet, delicious and nutritious.
