Wang Bin, Zhang Xiaoxiao, Shen Guobin and Li Jilai,
good friends who have known each other for many years,
Although they are engaged in different industries,
because of the same aesthetic tastes,
in 218, four people decided to build a secret land of 3, square meters next to xixi national wetland park,
in 28.
Two western-style old buildings,
have been transformed into a Chinese-style, modern and fashionable space.
Sixteen independent dining rooms, each with a teahouse,
You can eat, drink tea and chat here without changing places,
and
complete the gathering of China people.
Four friends took out their treasures at the bottom of the closet to decorate.
Each room is a work of art..
In the "persimmon room" of the tea room,
they also brought
a phonograph from 8 years ago,
a small-footed lard cup in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,
the calligraphy and painting on the wall changed from time to time, and
they drank, listened to music and even sang operas here.
Wang Bin said: "Only if you have enthusiasm for life, life and food,
everything will become interesting.
There is almost no limit here.
Everyone is just open and playing!"

Wang Bin was born in Shandong in the 197s, went to Shenzhen in his early years, and was later summoned to Hangzhou by his friends, and has since taken root in this city.
In Wang Bin's eyes, Hangzhou has a unique flavor: "Some cities are particularly foreign, and some are particularly big. I think Hangzhou is particularly' medieval', which may be related to Hangzhou being the capital of the Southern Song Dynasty.
Hangzhou has "two wests", the first is the West Lake, and the second is Xixi. Compared with the West Lake, Wang Bin feels that the beauty of Xixi is more natural and wild. More than 2, mu of wetlands are rare all over the world.
around 21, Wang Bin officially moved to Xixi to live. In 218, he decided to build a "secret realm" here with three other friends: Zhang Xiaoxiao, Shen Guobin and Li Jilai. In November 22, this "secret realm" was finally completed.
Four friends create a secret world together:
A 3-square-meter Chinese garden
Wang Bin and his friends have different professional backgrounds-Zhang Xiaoxiao is an architect, Shen Guobin works as a caravan camp, and Li Jilai works in the advertising industry and likes to collect objects.
Because everyone loves tea, drinking and delicious food, they often get together and become good friends.
There used to be two Western-style buildings, and four people were knowledgeable. I hope it can be transformed into a Chinese-style, modern and fashionable space.
Everyone trusted Zhang Xiaoxiao with building a house.
Zhang Xiaoxiao said, "When I saw this site, I wanted to make a garden, but I had to get rid of the symbol system of traditional gardens, such as shape and ornamentation, so that the architectural space could blend quietly with Xixi Wetland."
The visiting stream covers an area of 3, square meters and is divided into four parts. The largest main building is the dining room, the persimmon room is an independent tea space, an outdoor banquet hall and a large lawn.
There are a lot of native trees around the building. Zhang Xiaoxiao thinks that the beauty of Xixi lies in the "wild", and the trees are in a natural growth state, so the design should follow the lines of these branches.
The entrance is paved with pebbles, and the switch of the gate is hidden by the stone wall engraved with the words "Visit the stream". This name was named by Zhang Xiaoxiao, and it originated from the story of Wang Huizhi, the son of Wang Xizhi, who visited Dai on a snowy night.
Wang Huizhi once thought of his friend Dai Kui, so he took a boat to visit him overnight. Unexpectedly, when he arrived at Dai Kui's door, he went back without entering the door, just because "I went on a whim and returned in full swing. Why should I see Dai?" .
It means that he has enjoyed the process of finding friends, and it doesn't matter whether he has met or not. Zhang Xiaoxiao hopes that all the guests who come to visit the creek will enjoy themselves.
The hall used to be a connecting space between two old buildings. When you enter the door, you can see the panoramic view of the pond behind you, but it is too thin and straightforward, lacking in hierarchy.
Therefore, Zhang Xiaoxiao deliberately created a story for the entrance, instead of entering the room directly, he made a golden screen wall, which entered from the side, forming a circular moving line indoors and transitioning to the next space.
The metal spiral staircase is the most popular "punch-in landmark" in the space, and the top light illumination is matched with the lamp designed by lighting artist Cai Liechao.
Zhang Xiaoxiao said: "In fact, we used a relatively western-style technique, like a lighting roof of the Pantheon, and then let the top light directly shine into the relatively dark environment in the middle, so the light field is very aggregated."
Go around to the back, open a window and look at Xixi Wetland. The scenery is like a scroll.
Buildings are made of natural materials, which are organized together through concise construction logic, such as cornice sections and various junctions.
Zhang Xiaoxiao said that the charm of natural materials lies in the fact that aging and the use of patina will be preserved and accumulated as valuable time information and become a part of the space atmosphere, which is a unique aesthetic view of space in the East.
A teahouse where you can drink tea, drink and listen to music.
It is full of four friends' favorite treasures.
There are three persimmon trees that are hundreds of years old by the water, and four friends agree that they should be preserved, hence the name "persimmon room" in the teahouse. Persimmons are homophonic with the world, and there is a meaning of "being in the world and being out of the world".
There is an independent entrance and exit in the persimmon room, and the design is relatively restrained. Zhang Xiaoxiao hopes that the guests who come here will have a kind of intimacy with acquaintances visiting friends.
The wall is also painted black, and the gray wall built outside the floor-to-ceiling window creates a small scene, which allows the space to gather gas, and people sitting in the tea room can also pay more attention to each other.
Open a large space, one is dedicated to drinking tea, and the other can drink and listen to music. More often, there is no boundary between tea, wine and music.
Li Jilai is responsible for indoor soft decoration, ranging from tables, chairs and furniture to record players and tea ware, all of which are carefully selected and moved from their own homes, especially books. Wang Bin and Li Jilai almost took half of them.
In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, the small-footed lard white Dehua Cup was a favorite object of four friends. Wang Bin said: "These five cups are Dehua porcelain, probably from the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, about 4 years ago.
It should be the best in the China white porcelain cup. Now there is no porcelain clay, so it is hard to see such a good object. This kind of white is also called ivory white, and it is also called China white by foreigners. The shape is very beautiful and the glaze color is very good, so it is one of our favorite objects. "
The pot that Long Wen gave to the persimmon room and customized for it is the most meaningful object for four people.
Wang Bin said, "We opened on November 8th, and he finished this pot on November 7th. He brought it from Shanghai to Hangzhou, which is warm, and it also has the moral that everything goes well, and we all like it very much."
Because he likes listening to music, Li Jilai brought a World War II vinyl phonograph. Every rock tea served to guests is also a "minority possession" that Li Jilai personally retrieved from Wuyishan.
At first, when decorating, Zhang Xiaoxiao, as an architect, watched Li Jilai move in a lot of things, making the space messy, and once felt that it was going to be "screwed up".
But watching Li Jilai match furniture and utensils bit by bit to create a space atmosphere, and finally let the persimmon room present a comfortable feeling that can make people "stay", Zhang Xiaoxiao lamented that this is the difference between a designer and a lifestyle, and it is worth learning from each other.
After the space is completed, four people often get together here, making tea in the afternoon and drinking at night, and occasionally reading books and listening to music. Wang Binxiao said that this place is like his own living room, and he will sing a play when he is in high spirits.
Although the four people have different occupations, they have the same views on aesthetics and taste, so no matter who brings something good to play or share today, they have no sense of contradiction with the space.
Each of the 16 dining rooms is a work of art, and good friends play with it
There are 16 dining rooms on a visit to the stream, each of which is independent. Their relationship with corridors is like that of restaurants and streets. Zhang Xiaoxiao deliberately painted the walls black to highlight the metal doorplates at the entrance of each dining room.
16 rooms, each with a different name and style. Halfway through the design, the four friends felt that if each dining room was made exactly the same, it would lose interest, so they simply claimed a room and invited artists and friends to participate in the layout.
Wang Bin is from Shandong. His private room is closest to the water, and his terrace faces Xixi Wetland. He named this room "Penglai", which is a place name in Shandong.
The works of young painter Shang Tianxiao and the words "Visit the Creek" written by Jingci Temple abbot Jie Qing are hung indoors. On the tea table are the hidden utensils, cups and candlesticks he moved from home.
Li Jilai usually likes collecting objects, so his room is more abundant.
The calligraphy works of Professor Chen Dazhong of China Academy of Fine Arts and the paintings of Runsong, a young painter of Zhejiang University, are hung on the wall, and even his own collection is hung in the bathroom attached to the dining room. Because I like drinking tea, compared with other dining rooms, the tea ware and layout here are more particular.
Zhang Xiaoxiao decorated the room, and friends joked that as soon as they entered, they would know it was an architect's room. There are many architectural models in it, and some of his understanding of utensils.
Wang Bin also invited Sanfeng, a friend who specializes in outdoor camping design, to decorate a room.
Wang Bin said, "When you enter his room, it's like coming into a wilderness. There are kerosene lamps from World War II, and you can continue to use them. There is a set of outdoor furniture on the balcony. It is very fun to sit there and light kerosene lamps and play the guitar. "
In the room decorated by Pang Xi, a famous designer and stone-appreciating player, there are many old stones and calligraphy and paintings he carried from Suzhou. Generally, flowers are placed in the middle of a big round dining table, but Pang Xi directly puts stones on the table, which has become a unique device.
Wang Bin said, "I was there the day Pang Xi came to decorate. He had a whim to put a stone here, and this room suddenly became special."
The box of designer friend Liu Guang displays his antique collection, which is full of subtle and silent aesthetics.
The common feature of the 16 rooms is that they all have tea seats, which are not available in ordinary China restaurants.
Zhang Xiaoxiao said, "When we set up this restaurant, we are also reviewing the way China people entertain. Now when we go to a banquet, we often have to go through the first, second or even third scene, which is actually unnatural. The ancients will definitely not do this. We should strive to make the banquet space interesting and rich enough for everyone to get together here. "
visiting guests can have tea and dinner without changing places. People who come early can make tea first or look at the scenery on the terrace. After dinner, they don't have to sit at the table. They can continue chatting at the tea table.
Wang Han, the gathering place of literati, also loves to visit Xixiang.
It opened in November 22, and it didn't take long, and there was not much publicity. Many designers, artists and gourmets have already visited it, including Wang Han, the host of Hunan Satellite TV, Long Wen, a purple sand artist, and Zheng Li, a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts.
January 5th was Wang Han's second visit to Xixi. When he first came here, it was still a construction site, and the building was not fully built. He is a good friend of Li Jilai for many years, because they are both from Changsha, and they speak Hunan dialect as soon as they meet.
Wang Han has been collecting calligraphy and painting for twenty years, and collecting purple sand for nearly ten years. He is also interested in tea props and ancient art, and he can write himself. In the persimmon room, he also wrote a small piece.
In the persimmon room, four people drink tea, talk about utensils and talk about life with Wang Han, Long Wen and Zheng Li. On the same day, Zheng Li also wrote a menu, wrote down what everyone wanted to eat, and stamped it, making an appointment to eat the dishes on this menu next time.
Although Wang Bin and his friends have never opened a restaurant, they all love food. "We feel that the taste of food is 3% in the hands of the chef and 7% depends on the origin of the ingredients."
the requirement of four people is that the east is out of season.
