Cooking tips
1, fry the fish with low heat for a while! In fact, the restaurant downstairs fried the whole fish. I think it is too difficult to operate at home, so I have to fry it for a while before I feel crispy outside and tender inside!
2. Put a little water when frying onions, so that there will be soup. It is also great to drink soup when eating fish!
3. When frying onions, you can also add some mushrooms to taste.
