I used to be deeply immersed in consumerism and was buying and selling every day.
Most of the things I bought were unused. Shopping brought me happiness for a short time. Not only was I tired, but I also felt anxious after spending too much.
Since starting a minimalist life, I know myself better and understand what I need.
Demand for minimalism
1. Adhere to the principle of "one in, one out" and buy new ones only when the things at home are eliminated.
2. Do not browse shopping platforms as a pastime, only open them when necessary. Shopping platforms and vegetable growing platforms, I can’t help but sigh that the algorithms are amazing and can always push the things I like and create demand for me. After I stop using these platforms, I have a lot more time to cultivate my interest.
3. Ask yourself these 3 questions before buying something
Whether there are alternatives at home, whether they can be used every day, and whether they are easy to take care of.
There will be no additional items with the same function. Things that are not commonly used and inconvenient will most likely be bought correctly, which means you really save money.
4. Give away items or clothes that have not been used for more than a year or donate them.

5. After each salary arrives, first set aside the amount of money to save before spending.
6. Keep accounts, review monthly consumption, and plan appropriately to reduce unnecessary expenses.
6. Set a short-term practical goal, such as 1W, 3W, which will gradually accumulate a lot of wealth.
Simple skin care
7. Basic daily skin care process, cleansing, moisturizing, lotion/cream, and sunscreen
Simple skin care will make your skin more stable and in better condition.
8. Pay attention to the ingredients of skin care products, understand the ingredients suitable for your skin, do not pursue expensive skin care products, only buy what suits you.

Eat minimalist
9. Cook your own meals and reduce takeout and eating out. The meals cooked by myself are less oily, salty and sugary, and the burden on the body is also reduced a lot.
10. Bring your own water bottle when going out, and drink less milk tea and drinks. These "latte factors" are the easiest way to lose money without realizing it.
