1. Steam the castanopsis until it is no longer hot to your hands and then tear it apart.
2. Peel the potatoes, rub them into flakes with a grater, wash off the starch, and control the moisture. 3. Fry the potato slices over medium heat until they change color and become hard, take them out and set aside.
4. Leave the oil in the pot, add the garlic and saute until fragrant, add the castanopsis and stir-fry.
5. Pour in vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
6. Pour in the fried potato slices.
7. Finally, pour in the coriander, turn off the heat, add MSG, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
