Tips
First: Because the eyes are spicy when cutting onions, I suggest you cut the onions in half first, soak them in clear water for 5 minutes, and then take them out and shred them to avoid irritating your eyes.
Second: when seasoning juice, don't add a lot of seasoning, just add soy sauce, aged vinegar, sesame oil and sugar. The less seasoning, the crisper and more refreshing the cold onion.
